INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT
At High Reach Health, we take a detailed case history, complete a postural assessment and musculoskeletal examination. This allows us to give you a specific and focused treatment. The treatment will involve massage and a combination of Osteopathic techniques including; mobilisation, muscle energy techniques and manipulation.

Our follow up treatment involves a brief case history and examination to assess the effectiveness of our working diagnosis.The treatment will consist of massage and a range of osteopathic techniques including; mobilisation, muscle energy technique and manipulation.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a hands on treatment that involves a range of massage techniques with a particular aim. It reduces muscle tension and pain, improves circulation and allows the body and mind to relax and unwind.
Sports massage is altered depending on the individual. It can be used to prepare for a sporting event or recover after, rehabilitate from injury or maintain a healthy state. It has a wide range of health benefits.
ABOUT HIGH REACH HEALTH
Rose has a first class honours degree from the College of Osteopaths and she is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Rose has experience working in large multidisciplinary clinics and currently offers Osteopathy and Sports massage in Tring, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross. She has also completed Level 1 of the APPI Pilates course which allows her to offer patients specialist rehab based pilates exercises to improve their recovery. Rose also has a degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter, a diploma in soft tissue massage and mobilisation and has completed the internationally renowned John Gibbons Bodymaster course on Spinal Manipulation. She has completed a course in CBT for Low Back Pain from the University of Oxford.
